Athlete Code of Conduct Policy

At Cultural Wealth Sports, we believe youth sports should develop both athletic ability and character. All athletes participating in our programs are expected to demonstrate respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship at all times.

Athletes are expected to:

• Show respect to coaches, teammates, referees, and opponents
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship regardless of game outcomes
• Follow league rules and instructions from coaches and officials
• Maintain a positive attitude during practices and games
• Represent Cultural Wealth Sports with pride both on and off the field

Unsportsmanlike behavior, including fighting, bullying, or disrespect toward officials, may result in disciplinary action including suspension or removal from league participation.
